It might be due to the fact that your order was shipped recently. Sometimes it takes up to 48 hours for tracking information to show up in the tracking system. If you ordered multiple items they may be dispatched separately. Since we source our products from multiple manufacturers, you may receive your items in separate packages, but rest assured, they are on their way.
